most effective way to prevent this heat gain is to stop the sun’s rays before it
enters the home. Drapes and interior blinds block the sun after it has entered
the home through the windows. Exterior sun screens can block up to
90% of the sun’s energy before it enters the home, dramatically reducing the
heat in your home and the load on your air conditioner. Plus, sun screens don not block your view, but they will stop prying eyes during the day even with the blinds open.

Each screen is custom-made to fit a specific window. Each window is covered
by a single screen, not two or three screens with screws in your window frame.

We use Textilene® brand synthetic fabric, almost exclusively. Textilene®, the original
all-weather fabric manufactured by Twitchell Corporation, is a woven PVC
coated polyester yarn and is specifically designed to reduce heat transfer
through windows. It carries a limited lifetime warranty.

We also use Phifer Exterior Sun Control Products a leader in the insect screen,
solar control fabrics. Which brings a 10 year Limited Warranty.

PHIFER WARRANTY INFORMATION

This material is rolled onto a sturdy 1-inch aluminum frame with mitre-cut
corners and basic gridwork is installed to match your window. We use a
special foam backing on all exterior frame to eliminate metal to metal contact
plus it makes removal and re-installation easier for you.

Our installation technique is the best in the business. The screws
are placed just outside the window frame. We do NOT put screws into your
window frame so your window warranty is NEVER compromised.
